At Nue Marketplace Inc., we are committed to offering only new, authentic Garmin products. All Garmin products purchased from our store are covered by the official Garmin Limited Warranty.

Manufacturer’s Warranty Coverage

  • Garmin provides warranty coverage on defects in materials and workmanship for a period defined by the product category (typically one year for consumer devices, longer for certain categories).

  • Warranty coverage is handled directly by Garmin. Nue Marketplace does not alter or extend these terms.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you experience an issue with your Garmin device:

  1. Visit Garmin’s official Product Support & Warranty page: https://www.garmin.com/support/warranty/

  2. Enter your product type to review warranty details.

  3. Follow Garmin’s instructions to register your device, request service, or initiate a warranty claim.

What You’ll Need

  • Proof of purchase (your Nue Marketplace order confirmation or receipt).

  • Device serial number (located on the device or packaging).

Important Notes

  • Warranty service is provided by Garmin directly, not by Nue Marketplace.

  • Our Return Policy (30 days from purchase, restocking fee applies) is separate from Garmin’s manufacturer warranty. Returns outside the 30-day period must go through Garmin.
